The Dashboard in PureClarity contains a range of useful information, as well as some key statistics from your site to help measure success. The Dashboard also provides you with helpful tips and next steps to ensure you get the most out of PureClarity.

This article provides a summary of the information you are presented with and how to understand it.

Our Dashboard should be the first page you'll arrive on when you log-in to PureClarity. Depending on your eCommerce platform, generally your Dashboard should look like this:

Analytics and Campaign Analytics

Presented at the top of the dashboard are your site's overall analytics that look at Page Impressions, Visits, Orders, Sales Revenue, Click Total and Conversion Rate.

These figures are a cumulative total for your site, according to the date range that you choose. You can alter the date range shown in the analytics by selecting the various date options above the analytics.

One of the key figures within these site analytics is the 'Click Total' - this represents the overall amount of revenue that has been generated via PureClarity content on your site.

You'll also see Campaign Analytics, below the main site analytics. These give you a breakdown of the performance of every campaign running on your site during the date range selected, as well as providing you with key metrics.

Within the campaign analytics, you can see information on click rate, click total, orders, order totals and the conversion rates of all your published campaigns.

You can also see the 'Impressions' rate - this is the percentage of times that the campaign was actually visible to a customer. Hovering over the percentage will show a tooltip that provides you with the raw figures.

Onboarding

As part of the PureClarity experience we offer a dedicated and personalised onboarding process, this works through understanding what success means to you through to how to implement your creative ideas within PureClarity.

User Experience Wizards, Discovery and other functionality

To the left of the Dashboard you'll be able to view a selection of other ideas to explore. Ranging from 'User Experience' wizards, which take you through step by step to help you complete your installation and set-up of all our features, to guides that advise how to set up specific campaigns for different audience segments.
