If you already have an account with us and you want to use PureClarity on another store view on your site (e.g. a store with another language) you can click the link above the signup form fields to create another store on your account.

The benefit of doing it this way, rather than using the signup form is that the store will be added to your existing account for billing purposes, rather than a separately billed account.

This will bring up the Link Account form, you should choose "Create a new PureClarity store"

Link existing account popup, showing "Create a new PureClarity store" option selected

"Link an existing PureClarity store" will only link an existing store and will not create a new one. For more information on linking an existing store, see the "Magento 2.x - Linking an existing store" article.

You’ll need the following details from any existing store your account:

  1. AccessKey

  2. SecretKey

These are only used to verify your account and will not affect the behaviour of your existing store.

You can find these under the My Account > Integration menu within the PureClarity admin site.

NOTE: For security reasons it’s important to not share the SecretKey with anyone.

You’ll also need to choose the region (USA / Europe) that your application is on.

Automatic Configuration

Once PureClarity has verified your account and create the PureClarity store your Magento store will have the following automatically happen:

PureClarity plugin configured:

  • Module Enabled.

  • Access Key.

  • Secret Key.

  • Daily Feeds Enabled.

  • Data Indexing Enabled.

Data Feeds requested:

  • Product.

  • Category.

  • User.

  • Historic order information.
