On the PureClarity configuration page within Magento admin, the first sections are "Environment" and "Credentials". These are the details that link your Magento store to our PureClarity system.

Fields shown in "Environment & Credentials" settings in PureClarity configuration page in Magento 2 admin

By default, when you sign up or configure from the dashboard page, your account details will be populated here already. In normal circumstances, you should not need to change these details.

Enabled

If you need to turn PureClarity off for any reason, you can do so by changing “Enabled” to “No” and clicking [Save Config]. This will stop the PureClarity extension from displaying Zones on the frontend, stop sending daily feeds and stop indexing from sending Product & Category updates.

Access Key

This is the Access Key for the PureClarity store linked to this Magento store view. This will be configured automatically on signup.

Secret Key

This is the Secret Key for the PureClarity store linked to this Magento store view. This will be configured automatically on signup.

Region

The region that PureClarity is set up in, this will determine which PureClarity servers will be contacted for recommenders / feeds.
