PureClarity

To facilitate SARs and to be compliant with GDPR we have a number of tools available:

Find User Data – The <a href="https://docs.pureclarity.com/en/articles/3511974-user-explorer">User Explorer</a> in Data Explorers allows you to find a specific user and retrieve the user data such as customer details, orders and user demographics.

Forget User – This will remove all potentially identifiable data about the user, including any email address associated with the user. See <a href="https://docs.pureclarity.com/en/articles/3511974-user-explorer">User Explorer</a> for more details. for more details.

API – we provide an API to forget users too so that your developers can integrate directly with PureClarity. The endpoint is <code>/api/user/forget</code> and the body of the request should be in the form of:

- AccessKey: &lt;the stores access key for PureClarity&gt;
- Identifier: &lt;the user identifier sent to PureClarity in the customer_details event (email, userid etc)&gt;
