You can enable our integrations with 3rd party tools under "Settings" -> "Integrations.

PureClarity integrates with several leading product review and rating platforms. When enabled, product rating information is shown on the product recommendations shown by PureClarity.

Showing product ratings helps customers make the right choice and drives engagement.

Simple slide the "User Product Ratings" toggle to ON, and then pick your provider from the list. Some providers require you to enter some information associated with your 3rd party platform. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we can help you.

If you don't see your provider then contact us and we'll look to add support where possible.

If your store is on Shopify, then you may be able to pick the "Shopify Product Rating (Reviews Metafield)" option. Some review platforms store the information inside metafields associated with the products. PureClarity will use this information if it is present. The Shopify Product Reviews app does this for example.
